Dr. Leishear is an amazing doctor that spent time with me to really understand all aspects of my problem as well as time doing a thorough exam to properly diagnosis my problem. The treatment she provided significantly helped me improve. I feel 90% better since beginning treatment. This is a wonderful practice, all the staff are very kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Leishear!
Dr. Leishear not only listened but understood my symptoms, and offered me multiple ways to seek healing. I have been impressed by the approach of body and mind healing in tandem. I came expecting the usual slight fix and have come away feeling more myself and less anxious than I have in years.
Dr. Leishear is a fantastic doctor to visit. She is very considerate and kind, and always makes sure I am doing well with my pain management.
AMAZING. Not only did I feel comfortable with Dr. Leishear, but the treatment was comprehensive and clearly explained. I appreciated a whole-body approach to the treatment considering not only physical treatment, but also mental wellness.
I recently completed a series of sessions at Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
My Doctor, Dr. Leishear, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the treatment plan. Each session was tailored to my specific needs, and I could see significant improvements in my symptoms after years of suffering. The treatments I underwent and techniques I learned have been invaluable in my recovery.
What truly sets this clinic apart is the compassionate and professional approach of the entire team. They are genuinely dedicated to helping their patients achieve the best possible outcomes. I highly recommend Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine to anyone seeking top-notch care in a supportive and healing environment. Thank you for giving me my quality of life back!
I have been in severe pain for years. I was thoroughly examined by Dr. Leishear and she took the time to actually inform me of my diagnosis, treatment plan and rehabilitation for the future. For the first time ever, it all made sense. I felt like a guest, not a number in a mill. Dr. L is obviously passionate about her career and I could sense it. The entire team is amazing. The front desk lady was informative, helpful and patient. I felt like she was a concierge. The assistant was well informed, bright and made me at ease. My treatment is working. It has actually changed my life and I can do things that I haven’t been able to do in 10 years. Thank you.
I’ve been to quite a few doctors in the past 4 years for my pelvic pain, but I wish there were more like Dr. Leishear! I was referred to her office post exploratory surgery to help my adenomyosis/endometriosis pain. She’s one of the few drs who’s taken my symptoms seriously and actually listened. The injections were extremely beneficial for my lower back/sciatic nerve pain and helping my pelvic floor muscles learn to relax. Dr. Leishear and the whole staff (especially Kiana at the front desk, LOVE her!) are all so warm and genuine, by far one of the most personable drs offices I’ve been to. I drove over an hour both ways and it was worth it. Would highly recommend this practice and already have.

During a first appointment at PRM, patients can expect a comprehensive, compassionate evaluation focused on understanding their full health history, symptoms, and goals. Providers take time to listen carefully, review prior testing or treatments, and discuss factors that may be contributing to pelvic pain or related symptoms. A detailed physical examination is then performed to help identify areas of tenderness and assess the pelvic nerves, including branches of the pudendal nerve and other related nerve structures, depending on the patient’s symptoms. Based on these findings, the provider will confirm or clarify suspected causes of pain and discuss a personalized treatment plan. This may include conservative treatment options, additional evaluation, or coordination with other specialists when appropriate. Treatment duration is typically structured over four to six weeks, with similar overall outcomes between protocols. Patients are educated that nerve-related pain often improves gradually, and recovery is not always linear—some days may feel better than others. Over time, the goal is to see a steady increase in “good days” and overall symptom improvement. Before beginning care, patients will also review logistics such as cost and insurance coverage with a treatment plan coordinator, and in many cases, treatment can begin the same day as the initial evaluation.
Appointments at PRM can be scheduled by contacting the office directly by filling out a form on the PRM website or by phone. The care team can assist with provider selection, appointment availability, medical record requests, and questions about the new patient process.
PRM cares for patients experiencing a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, painful periods, dyspareunia, bladder pain, gastrointestinal symptoms related to pelvic disorders, adenomyosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and other complex gynecologic conditions. Providers also support patients with symptoms that have previously gone undiagnosed or untreated.
PRM uses a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach to chronic pelvic pain care. Providers evaluate the gynecologic, musculoskeletal, neurologic, gastrointestinal, urologic, hormonal, and pelvic floor factors that may contribute to symptoms. Treatment plans are individualized and may include medical management, our PRM Protocol™ treatment, surgical evaluation, lifestyle support, pain management strategies, and collaboration with additional specialists when needed.
Yes. PRM offers both surgical and non-surgical endometriosis treatment options based on each patient’s symptoms, diagnosis, and goals. Providers work closely with patients to determine the most appropriate care plan for their individual needs.
PRM’s approach is centered on listening to patients, validating their experiences, and identifying the underlying causes of symptoms through comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based care. The practice emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and long-term support. PRM is committed to reducing delays in diagnosis and helping patients access coordinated care that focuses on meaningful improvement in quality of life. What further sets PRM apart is its deep specialization in pelvic pain and endometriosis. Unlike general practices that treat a wide range of conditions across the body, PRM’s experts focus specifically on complex pelvic pain disorders and endometriosis, allowing for a higher level of expertise and more targeted care. PRM also has one of the largest teams of endometriosis excision surgeons in the United States, which supports a more advanced, surgical, and comprehensive approach to treating endometriosis at its source.
