From the minute you walk into the reception office, you realize you are in the right place. I was in so much pain and just miserable. I went to several different doctors. Nobody was offering me a solution. I was doing my own research and found that the pain I had was related to the pelvic floor. I found PRM online. As soon as Ximena examined me, she gave me a solution. I walked into their office crying and in pain for several weeks. I just went in for my 12 week follow up and I am now pain free. Thank you so much PRM!
I had a great experience with Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine. At 2 months postpartum, I was experiencing so much pain in my pelvic region that I couldn’t walk or stand without 10/10 pain. I needed help quickly, as the pain was having a significant impact on my mental health. PRM was able to see me on the day I called for an appointment and I started their injection treatment, which provided immediate relief. My provider, Ximena, listened with care and compassion to my issues and provided a bunch of various treatments and advice throughout the time we worked together. While my body also needed time to heal on its own, the treatments provided me with the relief I needed to improve my quality of life. Now at 4 months postpartum, I am feeling so much better and feel very grateful to this team for helping me get to where I am today!
When there seemed to be no answers, this amazing office was able to offer a pathway for further options. Care, compassion and kindness are 3 things that have been difficult to find elesewhere

During a first appointment at PRM, patients can expect a comprehensive, compassionate evaluation focused on understanding their full health history, symptoms, and goals. Providers take time to listen carefully, review prior testing or treatments, and discuss factors that may be contributing to pelvic pain or related symptoms. A detailed physical examination is then performed to help identify areas of tenderness and assess the pelvic nerves, including branches of the pudendal nerve and other related nerve structures, depending on the patient’s symptoms. Based on these findings, the provider will confirm or clarify suspected causes of pain and discuss a personalized treatment plan. This may include conservative treatment options, additional evaluation, or coordination with other specialists when appropriate. Treatment duration is typically structured over four to six weeks, with similar overall outcomes between protocols. Patients are educated that nerve-related pain often improves gradually, and recovery is not always linear—some days may feel better than others. Over time, the goal is to see a steady increase in “good days” and overall symptom improvement. Before beginning care, patients will also review logistics such as cost and insurance coverage with a treatment plan coordinator, and in many cases, treatment can begin the same day as the initial evaluation.
Appointments at PRM can be scheduled by contacting the office directly by filling out a form on the PRM website or by phone. The care team can assist with provider selection, appointment availability, medical record requests, and questions about the new patient process.
