PRM Is Expanding: New Centers of Excellence Coming to San Antonio, Baltimore, and Nashville

For too long, endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain care has been fragmented — marked by long waits, limited access to specialists, and treatment plans that address only one moment in time.

At PRM, we believe patients deserve more than episodic care. They deserve a lifelong approach.

That belief is why we’re proud to share that new PRM Centers of Excellence are coming soon to San Antonio, Baltimore, and Nashville — expanding access to comprehensive, integrated pelvic pain and endometriosis care.

Why This Expansion Matters

Endometriosis is a chronic, complex condition. Surgery alone is not a cure, and one-size-fits-all care often leads to repeat procedures, burnout, and delayed relief.

PRM was built to change that trajectory.

Each new Center of Excellence reflects our commitment to delivering lifetime care, not just one visit or one surgery. By combining expert excision surgery with long-term, non-operative management through the PRM Protocol™, we aim to support patients across every stage of their journey.

What a PRM Center of Excellence Means for Patients

A PRM Center of Excellence is not a marketing label — it’s a standardized care model designed to deliver consistency, continuity, and sustainable outcomes.

Patients at our Centers of Excellence can expect:

  • Validation and belief as foundational elements of care

  • Access to expert excision surgery when appropriate

  • Ongoing pelvic pain management beyond surgery

  • A coordinated approach designed to reduce repeat surgeries over a lifetime

The goal isn’t fewer interventions today — it’s better outcomes across a lifetime.

National Leadership, Local Care

There are only an estimated 100–200 surgeons nationwide trained to perform complex excision surgery for endometriosis. By expanding into San Antonio, Baltimore, and Nashville, PRM continues to grow the nation’s largest network of comprehensive pelvic pain and endometriosis care — while keeping the patient experience deeply personal.

Each location will be supported by PRM’s national clinical standards, while serving patients locally with dedicated, multidisciplinary teams.

Who These Centers Are Designed to Serve

Our upcoming Centers of Excellence are built for:

  • Patients newly diagnosed with endometriosis

  • Patients seeking excision surgery or a second opinion

  • Patients with persistent pelvic pain after prior treatment

  • Patients looking for long-term management — not just episodic care

Coming Soon
