Dr. Rucha Kapadia is a pelvic pain specialist experienced in treating both men and women with chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, core muscular dysfunction, and musculoskeletal-related conditions. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on identifying the root causes of pain and restoring function.

Her approach is grounded in compassion and whole-person care, recognizing the physical and emotional impact of chronic pelvic pain. She develops individualized, interdisciplinary treatment plans that may include diet modification, lifestyle changes, and manual/ movement-based therapies to support long-term relief.

When appropriate, Dr. Kapadia utilizes minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided procedures such as steroid injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections to help reduce pain, inflammation, and discomfort. Her goal is to prioritize effective non-surgical treatment options whenever possible to improve quality of life while avoiding unnecessary invasive procedures.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Kapadia enjoys painting, baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband. She is also passionate about classical Indian dance and teaches the art form.
