Meet the PRM Atlanta Endometriosis Care Team

Meet Your PRM Atlanta Care Team

Endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain are still routinely dismissed, misdiagnosed, or chalked up to “normal” period pain — which is a big part of why the average patient waits years for an accurate diagnosis. PRM exists to close that gap, and our Atlanta team is growing so more patients in Georgia can get answers without the wait.

If you’re already seeing one of our Atlanta providers, or you’re just starting to look into what specialized pelvic pain care looks like, here’s who you’ll be working with.

Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, no, patients can request an appointment directly with the Atlanta team without a referral.

Surgeons are fellowship-trained physicians who perform endometriosis excision and other advanced gynecologic surgery when it’s needed. Pelvic pain specialists focus on non-surgical evaluation and treatment, including the PRM Protocol™, and often work alongside surgeons before and after surgery. Many patients see both.

A comprehensive, unhurried evaluation, your provider reviews your health history and prior treatment, listens to your symptoms in detail, and performs a physical exam to help identify what’s contributing to your pain, then walks you through a personalized plan.

Both. Not every patient needs surgery, the Atlanta team offers non-surgical options alongside advanced excision surgery, and helps you figure out which fits your symptoms and goals.

Yes. Many patients come to PRM after previous treatment hasn’t fully resolved their symptoms. The team specializes in complex, previously-treated cases.
