San Antonio, get ready to celebrate. PRM (Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine) is bringing the community together on September 17, 2026, for the grand opening of its new San Antonio Center of Excellence.
The event celebrates expanded access to specialized care for people living with chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and related conditions, bringing together patients, healthcare providers, community partners, and advocates for an afternoon and evening centered around education, connection, and women’s health.
PRM’s San Antonio Center of Excellence, located at 7950 Floyd Curl Drive, Tower 1, Suite 109, provides specialized care for patients navigating persistent pelvic pain and complex pelvic health conditions.
The San Antonio team is led by Sonia Koshy, DO, and Tiffany Gomez, MSN, APN, FNP-C, who work alongside gynecologists, surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to help patients better understand their symptoms and navigate their care.
For many people with pelvic pain or endometriosis, finding answers can take years. PRM’s multidisciplinary approach is designed to help patients feel heard, understand their symptoms, and connect with appropriate treatment and resources.
The celebration begins with an Open House from 1:00–4:00 p.m. at the new PRM San Antonio Center of Excellence.
Guests will have the opportunity to:
Guests can also enjoy fresh churros from Honchos House of Churros, cold brew coffee, event swag, giveaways, and a unique photobooth experience, while supplies last.

The Open House will also feature an exciting lineup of raffle prizes, including:
Raffle winners will be announced during the evening happy hour, and winners must be present to claim their prize.
Following the Open House, guests will head downtown for a hosted Happy Hour from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at 1Watson Rooftop.
The evening will bring together PRM providers, healthcare professionals, advocates, and members of the San Antonio community for a Women’s Health Panel addressing topics including pelvic pain, endometriosis, barriers to diagnosis, and the importance of access to specialized care.
The evening will also include:
This grand opening is about more than celebrating a new location. It’s about creating a stronger community around pelvic health.
Too many people living with pelvic pain and endometriosis spend years searching for answers, or are told their symptoms are normal. Expanding access to specialized care gives patients another place to turn — and gives healthcare providers another resource when caring for patients with complex pelvic health needs.
PRM is proud to become part of the San Antonio community and looks forward to connecting with the patients, providers, advocates, and organizations working to improve women’s health across South Texas.
