PRM’s approach to endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain leans heavily on the PRM Protocol™ — structured pre- and post-habilitation built around each patient’s treatment plan. Our Miami team, led in part by PRM’s National Director of Training and Quality, is growing to bring that same standard to more patients across South Florida.
Here’s who’s currently seeing patients in Miami, and who’s joining the team this fall.

Surgeons are fellowship-trained physicians who perform endometriosis excision and other advanced gynecologic surgery when it’s needed. Pelvic pain specialists focus on non-surgical evaluation and treatment, including the PRM Protocol™, and often work alongside surgeons before and after surgery. Many patients see both.
A comprehensive, unhurried evaluation, your provider reviews your health history and prior treatment, listens to your symptoms in detail, and performs a physical exam to help identify what’s contributing to your pain, then walks you through a personalized plan.
Both. Not every patient needs surgery, the Miami team offers non-surgical options alongside advanced excision surgery, and helps you figure out which fits your symptoms and goals.
