Jessica Pomish, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health, chronic pelvic pain, and endometriosis care. She is passionate about helping patients who have spent years searching for answers, often without validation, diagnosis, or effective treatment.

With experience in OB/GYN, labor and delivery, prenatal care, postpartum care, and gynecologic health, Jessica takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Michigan and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

I believe the patient/provider relationship is built upon teamwork and trust. I want my patients to know that we are both working towards the same goal and I am in their corner to find them answers and relief. I know that people suffering from chronic pelvic pain are often disempowered and alienated in the medical community. I want to provide a safe and supportive environment where my patient’s concerns are listened to. I hope, as their provider, we can work together to find meaningful solutions to their pelvic pain.

I have seen first hand how patients suffering from pelvic pain often go without diagnosis, answers, and relief for years. They sacrifice their time, money, and mental and physical wellbeing looking for answers that never come. I am passionate to provide people suffering from pelvic pain with a listening ear and actual solutions.

Pain intrudes into every part of a person’s life. PRM’s mission of decreasing pelvic pain as soon as possible means a person can get back to themselves as soon as possible. This is directly improving someone’s quality of life and immeasurably rewarding as their provider.

Endometriosis, for many, feels like navigating a medical maze with many dead ends. So many women suffer in silence for years without answers or relief. Often, as providers, we can feel as though our hands are tied in delivering solutions to these patients. I am immensely passionate about PRM giving me the opportunity to provide these silent sufferers with a voice and a path to relief.

I have been working in women’s health for almost my entire career and it truly feels like my calling. I started working as a labor and delivery nurse and then moved to a busy OBGYN practice as a nurse practitioner. I have found all aspects of working in this field both challenging, inspiring, and rewarding. From caring for women throughout their pregnancy, to supporting them through their labor, to addressing their gynecologic concerns my goal is to foster a trusting relationship with those I work with.
