Dr. Rucha Kapadia is a pelvic pain specialist who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, core muscular dysfunction, and musculoskeletal-related pain conditions. She specializes in identifying the underlying causes of pelvic pain and creating personalized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.

Dr. Kapadia takes a compassionate, whole-person approach to care, recognizing the complex physical and emotional impact of chronic pain. Her treatment plans are tailored to each patient and may include lifestyle modifications, nutrition guidance, movement-based therapies, and multidisciplinary care to support long-term relief.

When appropriate, Dr. Kapadia provides minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided pelvic pain procedures, including nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and targeted injections to help reduce inflammation, muscle tension, and discomfort. She prioritizes effective, non-surgical treatment options whenever possible to help patients achieve meaningful improvement while avoiding unnecessary procedures.

At PRM’s Dallas Center of Excellence, Dr. Kapadia is dedicated to helping patients find answers for complex pelvic pain conditions and providing individualized care that supports long-term healing and improved quality of life.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Kapadia enjoys painting, baking, reading, spending time outdoors with her husband, and practicing classical Indian dance, which she also teaches.
