On September 17, PRM celebrated the grand opening of its San Antonio Center of Excellence with an open house, followed by a hosted happy hour at 1Watson Rooftop. Thank you to every patient, provider and neighbor who came out to tour the space and meet the team.
For many people with chronic pelvic pain or endometriosis, finding answers can take years. According to Fierce Healthcare, women take an average of four to 11 years to get an endometriosis diagnosis. PRM opened in San Antonio to give patients in South Texas a place to turn for specialized care, and to give local providers another resource for patients with complex pelvic health needs.
Hear from the PRM team on why San Antonio, and see inside the clinic.
The San Antonio team is led by Sonia Koshy, DO, and Tiffany Gomez, MSN, APN, FNP-C. They work alongside gynecologists, surgeons, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to help patients understand their symptoms and navigate their care.
Living with endometriosis or chronic pelvic pain can be isolating, especially after years of being told your pain is normal. PRM’s “Words we needed to hear” sticky-note wall, which you can see in these videos, is covered in messages like “I got you! We are in this together!” The idea carries through everything we do: you do not have to navigate pelvic pain alone.
You don’t have to navigate pelvic pain alone.
You should never have to prove your pain is bad enough. Hear from PRM’s Ashley Foyo, Vice President of Operations, and Theresa Porcaro, Vice President of Growth, on what it means to listen first.
Your symptoms deserve to be taken seriously.
If you have been told your pain is “normal,” your first visit should feel different. The goal is simple: you are heard first, and you leave with a clearer understanding of your symptoms and your options.

The open house ran from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with clinic tours, time with the PRM team, interactive pelvic health experiences, churros from Honchos House of Churros, cold brew, swag, giveaways and a photobooth. At 5:00 p.m. the celebration moved to 1Watson Rooftop for a hosted happy hour with a Women’s Health Panel on pelvic pain, endometriosis, barriers to diagnosis and access to specialized care.
