PRM is proud to announce that Dr. Robyn Power, a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon, is joining our team to open Florida’s first Center of Excellence for Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain. Located in Miami and expanding to serve the greater West Palm Beach area, this new center will give patients in Florida access to advanced endometriosis excision surgery, fertility-focused care, and a comprehensive, whole-body treatment model.
Dr. Robyn Power brings a deeply skilled and compassionate approach to treating endometriosis, pelvic pain, and fertility-related conditions. She completed a competitive fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) at the University of Tennessee, where she trained in complex laparoscopic procedures like pelvic sidewall excision and presacral neurectomy—techniques essential for treating deep infiltrating endometriosis.
Dr. Power is known for her empathetic, collaborative care style, taking time to deeply understand each patient’s unique story. She explains:
“There are so many different mediators that contribute to a patient’s lived experience of pelvic pain. Listening and validating their journey allows me to identify what will be most helpful in getting them back to a quality of life they deserve.”
She emphasizes that pelvic floor dysfunction, nerve-related pain, and inflammation often accompany endometriosis and need to be addressed with a comprehensive treatment strategy. That’s why she was drawn to PRM’s care model, where preoperative preparation, minimally invasive excision, and postoperative rehabilitation work together to create lasting relief.
Dr. Power is uniquely trained to balance both pain relief and fertility preservation. With focused training in reproductive surgery, she tailors every care plan to her patient’s individual goals—whether that means complete eradication of pain, supporting fertility, or both.
“What may be best for pain eradication may not always align with fertility preservation. That’s why understanding my patients’ goals and working as a team is at the heart of my approach.”
She collaborates closely with reproductive endocrinologists to make sure surgical timing, technique, and outcomes support each patient’s fertility future.
With Dr. Power at the helm, Florida’s new PRM Center of Excellence for Endometriosis offers:
“PRM’s mission to spotlight pelvic pain and support patients through every stage of their journey aligns perfectly with my own. This is the model of care every person with endometriosis deserves.”
Dr. Robyn Power is now seeing patients at PRM’s new Florida location, serving individuals throughout West Palm Beach, Miami, and the surrounding region. If you are struggling with symptoms of endometriosis, pelvic pain, infertility, or need a second opinion, Dr. Power offers the skill, compassion, and personalized care plan to help you reclaim your life with endometriosis.
