Endometriosis care has historically been fragmented, episodic, and difficult to access – especially for patients seeking both expert excision surgery and long-term symptom management.

PRM has noticed that, and in Nashville, endometriosis patients will soon have access to:

Validated, patient-centered care

Expert excision surgery when appropriate

Ongoing, non-operative pelvic pain management

A coordinated care model designed to reduce repeat surgeries over a lifetime

The expansion of PRM’s Center of Excellence reflects our commitment to meeting endometriosis patients where they are, and supporting them for the long term.

Endometriosis Patients Deserve Comprehensive Care

Who This Center Is Designed to Serve

At PRM’s Center of Excellence, we are proud to provide advanced endometriosis care to patients at any point in their endometriosis treatment journey. From patients who recently got diagnosed to people who have been battling endometriosis for a long time and are looking for long-term management instead of episodic care.

If you have been recently diagnosed with endometriosis, our Center of Excellence provides expert guidance and care to help you decide what endometriosis treatment option is right for you.

We go beyond care and provide you with the tools and resources to give you a better understanding of endometriosis, advocating for yourself, and understanding the treatment option that best suits you.

In the U.S., it takes an average of 7–10 years to receive a proper diagnosis for endometriosis. During that time, the disease may progress and cause additional complications that many health professionals and patients may be unaware of.

At PRM, Our surgeons are fellowship-trained in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) and focused exclusively on endometriosis care.

Endometriosis is not one of many procedures we perform: it is our singular surgical focus.

Our Centers of Excellence provide pelvic pain treament after surgery through our exclusive PRM Protocol™.

Whether you received surgery from one of our surgeons or someone else, we will continue care with a structured post-hab protocol that helps restore function and relieve lingering pain. The PRM Protocol™ helping helps you return to baseline faster and improves your quality of life post-surgery.

If you are looking for more comprehensive, long-term care for your endometriosis our team will be by your side every step of the way.

We will help you understand your options, and help you pick the right option that fits into your current season of life.

Whether you want long-term symptom relief through the PRM Protocol™, or discuss options for surgery – we are here for you.

Endometriosis Excision Surgeon

Dr. Tarek Toubia is a board-certified gynecologic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgery for endometriosis, fibroids, and complex pelvic conditions.
