PRM is proud to welcome Erika Naranjo, MSN, CNM, APN-C, who will begin seeing patients at our Florham Park and Englewood offices in December 2025.
Erika is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience caring for women with complex pelvic and reproductive health needs. She brings a whole-person, evidence-based approach that begins with listening and validating each patient’s experience, especially those who have spent years seeking answers without recognition or relief.
A Whole-Person Approach to Pelvic Pain
Erika’s care philosophy incorporates the pelvic floor, musculoskeletal contributors, hormonal factors, nervous system sensitization, and lifestyle influences. She partners with patients to create individualized, goal-directed treatment plans grounded in comfort, consent, and measurable progress.

Erika believes shortening the time patients suffer from pelvic pain is essential to justice in healthcare. She focuses on providing clear education, efficient care pathways, and coordinated support that restore trust and help patients regain momentum in their lives.
She has extensive experience collaborating with gynecology, urogynecology, pain medicine, GI, pelvic floor physical therapy, and mental health—ensuring patients receive comprehensive, connected care.
Training & Professional Background
Erika holds an MSN in Women’s Health and Midwifery and is board-certified as both a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of:
