A Transition to Expanded, Compassionate Care in Miami

As PRM continues to grow nationwide, our mission remains the same: to reduce the time patients are suffering with pelvic pain. Bringing Kristy onto our Miami team strengthens that mission by expanding access to a provider who deeply understands both the clinical and emotional complexities of pelvic pain.

Kristy brings a uniquely holistic approach grounded in advanced training, evidence-based care, and lived personal experience. Her patient-first philosophy aligns seamlessly with PRM’s integrated model, ensuring that more individuals in South Florida can receive the timely, empathetic, specialized care they deserve.

About Kristy’s Approach

Kristy’s care philosophy begins with listening. She knows many patients have spent years feeling dismissed or misunderstood, especially when living with conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic floor dysfunction, or chronic pelvic pain.

Having personally navigated PCOS, Kristy understands the frustration and uncertainty that come with seeking answers. Her goal is to provide a judgment-free, validating space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She takes a whole-person approach, addressing not only symptoms but also the impact pain has on daily life, emotional well-being, and long-term health.

Advocacy and Passion

Kristy is especially dedicated to supporting individuals with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain — conditions that are often underdiagnosed, misunderstood, and minimized. With a background in reproductive medicine, hormonal health, and trauma-informed care, she combines clinical expertise with deep empathy.

Her passion lies in:

  • Advocating for early diagnosis

  • Providing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans

  • Empowering patients through education

  • Helping patients rebuild trust in their bodies and their care

  • Offering a safe and supportive environment for healing

Kristy’s training in advanced forensic nursing also strengthens her trauma-informed approach, acknowledging the connection between pain, the nervous system, past experiences, and whole-person recovery.

What This Means for Our Patients

Kristy’s addition to our Miami care team is part of PRM’s ongoing expansion to improve access to pelvic pain and endometriosis treatment across the country. For our South Florida community, this means:

  • Shorter wait times

  • A broader, more accessible provider team

  • Increased availability of specialized pelvic pain care

  • A provider who truly listens and validates the patient experience

Her background, empathy, and dedication make her an invaluable advocate for patients who have gone years without answers.
