Living with endometriosis often means navigating more than just pelvic pain. Many patients experience fatigue, inflammation, digestive symptoms, and daily challenges that can make something as simple as planning meals feel overwhelming.
At PRM, we believe supporting patients with endometriosis means looking at the full picture of health – including nutrition and lifestyle factors that may help patients feel their best.
That’s why we created Edible ENDOrsements, our free Endometriosis Cookbook filled with anti-inflammatory recipes designed specifically for people living with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.
Now, we’re excited to share that we’ve updated the cookbook with new recipes and contributions from our community.
Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition that affects millions of people worldwide. Symptoms can include:
Severe menstrual pain
Fatigue
Digestive symptoms
Pain with daily activities
While there is no cure for endometriosis, many patients explore lifestyle strategies alongside medical treatment to help manage symptoms.
Nutrition is one area where patients often look for guidance. Research and clinical experience suggest that anti-inflammatory foods may help support overall health and complement endometriosis treatment plans.
Our goal with the cookbook was simple: provide easy, nourishing recipes designed with the endometriosis community in mind.
We recently expanded Edible ENDOrsements with additional recipes and community contributions, making it an even more helpful resource for patients navigating pelvic pain and inflammation.
The updated cookbook now includes:
New anti-inflammatory recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
Patient-inspired dishes shared by members of the endometriosis community
Recipes contributed by clinicians and pelvic health professionals
Additional nutrition tips for managing inflammation
Many of the recipes focus on ingredients commonly associated with anti-inflammatory diets, including:
Omega-3 rich foods like fatty fish
Leafy greens such as spinach and kale
Antioxidant-rich berries
Turmeric and other anti-inflammatory spices
Olive oil and healthy fats
These ingredients can help create meals that are both nourishing and approachable, especially for patients managing symptom flares.

One of the biggest goals of the cookbook was to create simple, practical meals that patients can realistically prepare – even on difficult days.
Living with chronic pelvic pain can make cooking feel exhausting. That’s why many recipes in the cookbook are:
Quick to prepare
Made with accessible ingredients
Nutrient-dense without being complicated
Flexible for different dietary preferences
Whether you’re looking for easy breakfasts, anti-inflammatory snacks, or comforting dinners, the cookbook offers ideas for every part of the day.
What makes Edible ENDOrsements unique is that it’s not just a collection of recipes – it’s a community-inspired resource.
Many of the recipes were shared by:
Patients living with endometriosis
PRM clinicians and team members
Members of the pelvic health community
Each contribution reflects the shared goal of helping people living with endometriosis find meals that support their health and feel manageable day to day.
