Meet PRM Baltimore’s Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Experts

Meet Your PRM Baltimore Care Team

Persistent pelvic pain and endometriosis have long been treated as something patients just have to live with — often after years of being told their symptoms were normal. PRM’s Baltimore Center of Excellence was built to change that, bringing specialized, evidence-based pelvic pain and endometriosis care directly to Maryland.

Whether you’re already exploring care with PRM Baltimore or just learning what specialized pelvic pain treatment actually looks like, here’s an introduction to the providers on your local care team.

Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, no, patients can request an appointment directly with the Baltimore team without a referral.

Surgeons are fellowship-trained physicians who perform endometriosis excision and other advanced gynecologic surgery when it’s needed. Pelvic pain specialists focus on non-surgical evaluation and treatment, including the PRM Protocol™, and often work alongside surgeons before and after surgery. Many patients see both.

A comprehensive, unhurried evaluation, your provider reviews your health history and prior treatment, listens to your symptoms in detail, and performs a physical exam to help identify what’s contributing to your pain, then walks you through a personalized plan.

Both. Not every patient needs surgery, the Baltimore team offers non-surgical options alongside advanced excision surgery, and helps you figure out which fits your symptoms and goals.

Yes. Many patients come to PRM after previous treatment hasn’t fully resolved their symptoms. The team specializes in complex, previously-treated cases.
