Theodora Berry, WHNP-BC

“I think that people should know that pelvic pain is real and should always be taken seriously—and never dismissed,” Theodora says. It’s a belief that perfectly aligns with PRM’s mission: to decrease the time patients are suffering and provide long-term pelvic pain relief.

A Thoughtful, Holistic Approach to Endometriosis Treatment

Theodora’s clinical philosophy focuses on:

  • Listening to her patients
  • Validating their experiences
  • creating personalized treatment plans built on a thorough understanding of their medical history

She believes that women with endometriosis deserve specialized care, and she is dedicated to helping each patient feel seen, heard, and supported.

“Throughout my career, I’ve encountered so many women suffering from chronic pelvic pain who haven’t found relief—even after seeing multiple doctors,” Theodora shares. “I want to be the provider who helps them finally get the help they deserve.”

As a pelvic pain specialist, Theodora collaborates closely with experts in pelvic floor physical therapy, urology, and other specialties to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary endometriosis care. She is also a proud member of NPWH (Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health), where she continues her mission of improving outcomes for women everywhere.

Empowering Patients with Knowledge and Support

One of the most important aspects of Theodora’s practice is ensuring patients are active participants in their own care.

“My approach is to make sure I get a thorough health history to provide the best personalized treatment options,” she explains. “I also make sure my patients are fully informed and feel empowered to be part of the plan of care.”

This blend of clinical excellence and genuine compassion makes Theodora an ideal addition to PRM’s Long Island team—and a vital resource for those in need of endometriosis treatment and pelvic pain support.
